The staff here at Party Gras have been wracking their brains on a school year special, and we think we’ve got it. Pro-d days are no longer just a reason to miss school but an excuse to plan an awesome Party bus. Party Gras will be offering 50% off 2 hour drive arounds for your school when you have a pro-d day. Take advantage of our Pro-d day deals for any occasion such as birthdays, a night out, and even fundraisers! Our buses have limo style seating, rainbow LED light, ipod compatible stereo system, and can fit up to 46 passengers!

Fundraisers: If you’re throwing a fundraiser then Party Gras Party bus can help you out! Take advantage of our Pro-d day deals and raise money for your school team or club trip. Lets break it down, a 2 hour drive around at the discounted rate works out to $8.80 a person (including tax and gratuity)! You can sell tickets at $20 for a spot on the Party bus. With a profit of $11.20 per ticket x 46 passengers = $515.00 for your school group! So raise money for dry grad, school uniforms, or a local charity.

Metallica at Rogers Arena Aug 24th and 25th!

Metallica, referred to as one of the "big four" bands to cradle the creation of Thrash Metal was formed in 1981 in California. Their music is recognized for combining fast tempos with aggressive lyrics to create adrenaline pumping tracks. Over the years they have gained legions of loyal fans making their last 5 consecutive albums debut at #1 on Billboards top 200. In total these metal power houses have released 9 studio albums, 3 live albums, 5 extended plays, 24 music videos and 45 singles. All that hard work must be how they have racked up 9 Grammy awards for best metal performance. As if that wasn't enough for the accomplished band, in 2009 Metallica was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their unique sound and dedication to their craft keeps fans hungry for more.

August 24th and 25th, 2012 Rogers Arena in Vancouver, will open it's doors to welcome Metallica and their fans for a weekend of thrash metal mania.

Ghetto Fabulous Party Theme

This Friday's theme is fun, flashy, and Ghetto Fabulous! Every Friday Party Gras bus likes to share our favorite party theme ideas with all of our awesome blog readers, twitter followers, and facebook fans! So if you a fun-lover, subscribe to our feed and forever be happy you did! Here are a few tips from Party Gras to make your party jump like Kriss kross.

Ain't nuthin' but a G thang baby..... This Friday our feature theme is Ghetto Fabulous. So ladies those huge, thick, gold hoops will finally be put to use, see if you can find a matching gold chain to make your accessories legit. A tied bandanna head band is a must, to make your costume a little more feminine I would suggest going with a purple or yellow as opposed to black or blue.  For the clothing part of your costume you can go plain with black/white tank top or dress in bright, outrageous and tacky gear. This theme is so versatile that even if your not into themes you can dress plain and still vibe with the atmosphere. If your a total cheese ball go big! Bright tracksuits are always an awesome, comfy costume and the more rhinestones, the better. Make-up is just your basic black liner paired with a bright shadow. The most important part of your costume is you attitude!

Boys, your costume is similar to the ladies. Track suits are always a staple for any ghetto fabulous party. Thick gold chains and a kangol style hat if you can find it! Or if you want to go super gangsta a bandanna, white beater, and some stick on tattoos will make your costume stand out just don't forget you can't look like you own a belt, your jeans have to be 3 times to big and hang past your butt. Finally, for you shoe choice, go with anything Adidas and maybe Steven Tyler will teach you to walk this way. Boys, swagger is the key to this costume!

Party Gras Party bus has the best buses for this theme, we may not be super fancy, but we're fun, friendly, and absolutely fabulous! Spend Family movie night with Party Gras

Ever looking for a fun activity to break up your weekly routine? Well come see a movie with Party Gras bus Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays! The twilight movie theater, located in Langley, is the perfect place to get your family and friends together. Dress the kids in their jammies and wrap them up in blankies because this is a movie night they won't forget (parents you can dress in your jammies too). There is just something about a drive-in movie that gives a feeling of nostalgia, like you have been warped through a time machine. Maybe its the concession stand filling the air with the smell of freshly buttered popcorn or the old concession commercials. Either way the atmosphere at the drive-in is laid-back, inviting, and fun.

 The twilight boasts that its shows go on rain, or shine and for that we commend the dedication the twilight's owners have to offering great service . Just a short while ago they took the leap and went digital, so you can still get that old drive in feel while watch all the newest movies without compromising picture quality. Party Gras is having movie nights Mondays - Wednesdays but we suggest booking on a Tuesday when their general admission is only $9.50. The twilight shows 3 films starting when it gets dark.

Party Gras Trailer Trash party theme

It's Friday! So you know what that means, time for another one of Party Gras favorite Party themes! Themed parties are a great way to get the night started with a laugh. Get creative,be goofy and most importantly be outrageous! Party Gras always has a blast hosting a themed event so we want to share some of our favorites with you!

We are all guilty of seeing at least one episode of Trailer Park Boys, and admit it, you laughed. Trailer trash themes always make for great costumes.

 There are some costume must-have's when it comes to trailer park style. Ladies bring out the hair spray and as much of it as you can find! Tease your hair to new heights, then throw in a few curlers and voila! Trailer chic hair! Bonus points if you use empty beer cans as curlers. Next its time to move onto makeup, for your eyes pair bright blue eye shadow with thick black liner, and don't skimp on the mascara! Pink blush is a must to make those rosey trailer park cheeks, and don't forget your bright red lip stick. Now for your outfit, tight tank tops with plaid button up shirts or leather jackets are great, if you can sport a baby bump that's even better. On the bottom rock daisy dukes, ripped up jeans, or tacky tights. To complete your look I would suggest a cigarette tucked behind your ear and some chunky gold jewelry.

Boys your costumes are quite simple, wear a plain white wife beater with an oversized plaid button up, but leave it unbuttoned of course. If you want your costume to look authentic adding a mustard stain or two will do the trick. Trucker hats and mullet wigs will make you look like King of the trailer park. Rip up your jeans, wear your scuffy work boots, and do some stick on tattoos. Follow these steps and you will look like you walked off the set of trailer park boys.

Our buses are perfect for any trailer trash theme. Our most requested bus is our big metallic blue bus with flames on it! Big Blue is a converted school bus, perfect for large groups,and has two dance poles and limo style seating inside. Not to mention tinted windows just in case the Trailer park girls get rowdy!
